Terms of Use + Licensing
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms.
Allowed:
Selling Physical Products: Create and sell items like shirts, mugs, and hats (up to your license’s unit limit).
Selling Directly to Customers: Sell in person, on Etsy, or on your own website—as long as you control the sale.
Using Print-on-Demand (POD) Fulfillment: Use white-label services like Printify or Printful to produce and ship orders sold by you through your own shop.
Customizing and Editing Designs: Resize, recolor, or combine our designs with other elements for your physical products.
Using for Branding and Marketing: Use our designs for business logos and advertising (Growth and Top Dog licenses only).
Not Allowed:
Distributing or Reselling Digitally: You cannot sell, share, or distribute our designs, in part or in whole, in any digital format, even if you modify them. This includes using them to create new digital products for sale, such as clipart, SVGs, or printables.
Using Automated POD Marketplaces: Do not upload our designs to "upload-and-earn" sites like Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6, or Amazon Merch. You may only sell through storefronts that you own and manage (such as your own website, Etsy, or Shopify).
Selling to Other Businesses or Wholesale: Do not create products for other businesses or clients using our designs. All sales must be made directly to your own customers.
Training Artificial Intelligence (AI): You cannot upload, submit, or use our designs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model. You are responsible for ensuring your design tools do not use uploaded content for AI training.
Claiming Ownership: Do not claim our original art as your own or attempt to register it as a trademark or copyright, even if it is incorporated into your logo or branding.
Transferring Licenses: Licenses are assigned to one individual or business at the time of purchase; you may not transfer, share, or sublicense your license.
Using Designs Illegally or Harmfully: You may not use our designs in any way that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
The Fine Print
Unit Limits: Refer to your license tier for the maximum number of physical products you may sell.
Termination: Violation of these terms immediately voids your license without a refund. We reserve the right to enforce these terms, including legal action for unauthorized use or distribution.
Updates to Terms: We may update or modify these terms at any time. Licenses purchased before April 7, 2026 are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Ownership: All designs remain the property of The Canine Creative LLC.

What counts as commercial use?
Selling products, marketing, or using designs to promote your business or brand.
What counts as personal use?
You may use our designs for personal projects or to make gifts. Even for personal use, designs cannot be sold, shared, distributed, or used to train AI models.
Can I sell products on Etsy or my own website?
Yes! You may sell physical products using our designs on Etsy, your own website, or any platform where you control the sale. This is allowed as long as you stay within your license’s unit limits.
Can I use Print-on-Demand (POD) services?
Yes—with a key distinction:
You may use POD fulfillment services like Printify or Printful to produce and ship products for your own shop.
You may not upload to sites like Redbubble or Zazzle, where the platform manages the storefront, handles the customer, and fulfills the order on your behalf.
Can I use these designs with Artifical Intelligence (AI) tools?
You may use AI-powered tools to edit or combine designs for your own products. However, our designs may never be used to train, fine-tune, or build AI models. It is your responsibility to ensure your tool's settings are opted-out of AI training.
Can I use these designs in logos or branding?
Yes, with a Growth or Top Dog license. However, you may not claim the original design as your own or register it as a trademark or copyright.
How many users can access the license?
Licenses are assigned to one buyer (individual or business).
Your internal team may use the designs for your products.
The license cannot be shared with other businesses or third parties.
Are there yearly sales limits?
There are no revenue limits. However, the total number of physical products you may sell is determined by your specific license type.
